TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Preliminary
Thank you very much for your interest in the offers of paraschool.co. Paragliding is considered a safe sport. The greater the responsibility of each pilot. By accepting your reservation at paraschool.co or its outlets, a contract is established between you and paraschool.co. These Terms and Conditions are part of this contract. We ask you to study it carefully.
Passenger flights
Coupons are valid for two years (issue date / expiration date on coupon).
Flight time cannot be guaranteed. The tandem pilot can cancel or postpone a passenger flight in the interest of safety at any time (for example, weather). The pilot's instructions must always be followed.
Introductory courses / training
The test / training days are based on the personal responsibility of each participant. paraschool.co declines any responsibility. Participants are responsible for good footwear and appropriate clothing. The test / training day can be cancelled, postponed or interrupted at short notice for the sake of safety at any time. The tasks of the flight instructor and his auxiliary followers must always be obeyed.
Prices
Sale prices can be found in the current announcements on paraschool.co. Prices are in US dollars. Price changes are expressly reserved. Issued vouchers are non-returnable.
Payment conditions
Courses, trips and advanced training must be paid 10 days before their start. Payments made on time do not entitle paraschool.co to reject or withdraw from the contract.
Payments for delivered goods must be paid within 10 days of receipt of the invoice. All payments can be made through the invoice. paraschool.co reserves the right to deliver cash on delivery or prepayment.
Cancellation / withdrawal
Cancellations announced by paraschool.co for security and/or weather-related reasons do not give the right to any refund.
Training / Advanced Training: The concluded contract can be canceled at any time from both sides. The course fee will not be refunded.
Material: Used material cannot be returned. However, there may be an opportunity to provide material on partial payment. Such agreements must be individually negotiated between you and paraschool.co.
Travel - The concluded contract can be canceled at any time from both sides. Termination must be in writing, the relevant date being receipt of the respective written termination by paraschool.co by you.
The following cancellation fees will be charged:

60-30 days: 25%; 30-15 days: 50%; 14-8 days: 100%; 7-0 days: 100%
Fees are calculated based on contract value.
Insurance
Participants are not insured by paraschool.co. Therefore, adequate health and accident insurance is the responsibility of each participant. Our clients fly at their own risk, paraschool.co declines any responsibility.
Applicable law, jurisdiction
In any legal relationship between you and paraschool.co, Colombian law applies exclusively. Legal action against paraschool.co can only be attached to its headquarters in Medellin, Colombia.
If individual clauses of these Terms and Conditions are invalid, this will not affect the validity of the entire contract. In this case, the invalid clauses will be replaced by the parental law or by a rule that is closer to the purpose of the contract.
